When was the last time you went to a festival that nourished your mind, body and spirit? Have you ever? Does this mythological festival even exist? Well if it didn’t before, it certainly does now, and will be taking place next weekend. Introducing The Colour and Coconuts Wellness Festival- an action packed day featuring expert thinkers, achievers and influencers in the health and wellness industry.

Here are 5 reasons why you should get down there next Saturday.

#1 The host and guest speakers

Just casually, health lover and all-round beautiful human Rachael Finch will be hosting the festival. To top that off, six inspiring entrepreneurs will be speaking, sharing their insights on a broad range of topics about health, wellness, business and career.

The lineup includes: Sarah Wilson of I Quit Sugar, Lisa Messenger from Collective Hub, Sarah Holloway-co-founder of Matcha Maiden and Matcha Mylkbar, Melissa Ambrosini the author of Mastering Your Mean Girl, Carla Oates from The Beauty Chef and Julie Stevanja, co-founder of Style Runner

#2 You get a fresh coconut on arrival

To us, this makes a valid and justified Reason Number Two. Because, coconuts. #festivalgoals amirite?!

#3 Steph Prem leading a workout

Former Olympian and owner of the very #instagrammable Studio Premium Performance, Steph Prem will be leading a lunch time workout. We were lucky enough to be able to have a chat with her at the bloggers' breakfast a few weeks ago, and are more than excited to take part in this session and learn a few things from her!

#4 Healthy food trucks

Being a Melbournian, we are going to assume you are a fan of food trucks. They are everywhere, and spreading. But healthy food trucks?! That ticks all the boxes.

#5 The Wellness Market

We’ve already started stalking the exhibitors at the wellness market, with Pana Chocolate, Greene St Juice Co, Tokyo Tina, St Ali Coffee, Extra Mile Kombucha (owned by our best friend Audrey), Loving Earth, The Health Enthusiast, Yoga 213 Apparel and Full Filled Co just a few of our favourites on the list. Hyperlinks inserted to make the stalk easier, you're welcome. We cannot wait to spend an entire Saturday sipping kombucha in the sun at The Wellness Festival- only a week to go!

Last but not least, you won't be leaving the festival empty handed, as you will be taking home a goodie bag packed with wellness treats.

So secure your ticket (HERE), get down for a nourishing day spent with inspirational, like-minded individuals.
